All servers on your account are billed hourly up to the monthly rate cap. The hourly rate is determined by dividing the monthly rate by 720 hours (28 days). If your server is online for more than 720 hours in a calendar month, you will only be billed the monthly rate. Accumulated charges are invoiced to your account on the 1st of every month.
Yes, instances in a stopped state continue to reserve dedicated system resources (RAM, SSD storage, IP aliases, CPU) and therefore incur charges until you destroy the instance. If you wish to no longer accumulate charges for a virtual machine, please use the DESTROY button in the cloud panel.
We are pretty sure that after opening an account you would like to deploy some instances. This balance will directly go to your wallet. And your usage bill will be deducted from this balance.
When you run some resources, you are hourly charged. At the end of every week i.e every 168 hours after the usage bill will be deducted from your wallet. Rest of the balance will be there in your wallet.
After adding the balance in wallet for the first time, if you don't like xongl cloud, raise a ticket for refund. Your balance money will be refunded automatically. No questions asked.
You can literally scale from any plan to max. But according to your present User account type, there can be some limited quotas upto which you can scale. So if you want to scale to the maximum, request us to change your quotas. Read here more.

At the end of every week 'zero' balance will be deducted from your wallet. When you use nothing you pay nothing. Money will be there in your wallet forever. Yes no expiry. Simply forever.
You should always check your account balance to keep it postive. However, if your balance becomes more than -100rs, your account will be suspended. We may delete a suspended account after 1 month.
Some random Joe adds 999rs in xongl wallet to open an account. 1st week his usage is NIL. So at the end of the 1st week his balance will be same. 2nd week he uses some resources what bills around 50rs, so at the end of the 2nd week, his balance is (999-50)=949rs. Suppose now he thinks that he does not like xongl cloud and want a refund. So 949rs will be credited back to his bank account within a week, without any questions.
